The artist performs a series of falls on canvas to camera using powdered charcoal. As she falls her arm strikes the canvas and tracks the physical fall. At times the viewer is left questioning when the artist is, and is not performing this repetitive mark-making. The work plays on the notion of what makes the perfect theatrical death and how the trained body can be captured on camera. Over time the body becomes more exhausted and hits the ground with more force, adding to the intensity and comfortability of the recording.
